Contact us directly if you are interested in purchasing an item. 

Each item is handcrafted making each piece unique. And while we produce multiples of the same design, no two are exact matches. 

 

Shipping 

We ship within the US and internationally. 

Shipping charges cover the actual cost of shipping your items to you. You will be quoted your total shipping costs before we send your order.

Shipping charges are paid up front. No CODs.

If you prefer, we can ship using your FedEx or UPS account. 

Within the US we ship via USPS Priority Mail. Items are insured for their full value and packages can be tracked. 

Outside of the US contact us directly to arrange international shipping. 

International customers are responsible for any additional taxes and customs fees related to shipments to their country. 

We usually ship items out within three business days. If there is a delay we will keep you updated. 

 

Returns & Exchanges 

Please contact us before returning any items. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Any items returned must be in saleable condition. Along with the returned item(s) include a copy of the original packing slip and your return authorization in the package. 

If an item arrives to you damaged, file a claim with the carrier at the time of receipt and contact us. 

For all other returns please contact us before shipping to get a return authorization. The items must be returned (at your expense) in original condition and in the original packaging within 10 days of purchase.

Please ensure that item(s) are securely packed for shipping, insured for loss and damage, and can be tracked if you are concerned it could be lost.
